By accessing or using E-Slip Solutions' platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including merchants (businesses), their customers, and visitors to our website.

2. Description of Service

E-Slip Solutions provides a digital receipt platform that enables businesses to generate, deliver, and manage electronic receipts. Our Service includes:

• Digital receipt generation and QR code delivery
• Receipt storage and retrieval
• Warranty tracking and management
• Merchant dashboard and analytics
• Tax compliance support for electronic invoicing

3. Merchant Accounts

Registration: Merchants must provide accurate business information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Eligibility: You must be a legally registered business or authorized representative to create a merchant account.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@e-slipsolutions.com.

4. Customer Use

Customers can access their digital receipts by scanning QR codes displayed at point of sale. No account creation or app download is required. By scanning a QR code and viewing a receipt, customers agree to these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate fraudulent or falsified receipts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

6. Fees & Payment

Pricing for merchant subscriptions is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Changes to pricing will be communicated to existing merchants at least 30 days in advance.

Free trial periods, if offered, will be clearly stated. At the end of a trial, the applicable subscription fee will apply unless you cancel before the trial ends.

7. Data & Receipts

Ownership: Merchants retain ownership of their transaction data. E-Slip Solutions is granted a license to process, store, and display this data solely to provide the Service.

Accuracy: Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of receipt data generated through their POS systems. E-Slip Solutions does not verify the accuracy of individual transaction details.

Retention: Receipt data is stored for the duration of the merchant's subscription and any applicable warranty tracking periods. Upon account termination, merchants may request an export of their data within 30 days.

8. Tax Compliance

E-Slip Solutions is designed to support electronic invoicing compliance in various jurisdictions. However, merchants are solely responsible for ensuring their own tax compliance. Our Service is a tool to assist with compliance, not a guarantee of it. Consult with a qualified tax professional for specific compliance requirements in your jurisdiction.

9. Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, design, logos, and documentation — belong to E-Slip Solutions. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, brand name, or logos without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Slip Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the merchant agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, merchants can request data export within 30 days, after which data may be permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered merchants via email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where E-Slip Solutions is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration or the appropriate courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
